Americabinets by far have provided me with the above and beyond concierge service a contractor could find .. we are based in the Caribbean, so outsourcing material especially after Covid have been somewhat complicated in certain areas but Americabinets have streamlined and made this process not only top class but have set a standard in my mind on what true customer service is … from finding material that are not available, reliable deliveries to port , competitive rates , and super high end quality material and fabrications .. I thank you guys for coming through on our last projects once again I highly recommend this company .

Unbelievable service and quality. They were on time, and very complete. In fact they worked extra long to finish on my deadline. The quality and craftsmanship are top end. And everything was done with a smile. I highly recommend Americabinets.

I hired them to install granite on an indoor fountain in the lobby of a federal building. I was told they would laser cut and miter all edges perfectly and they understood it was a fountain and needed to be level. The edges were not laser cut and were horrible. The fountain was over 3/4" out of level and they refused to fix it unless I paid them the balance first. He destroyed 10,000.00 worth of granite which had to be torn off. Horrible attitude and worse workmanship. I do not recommend! Additionally, Ronnie with Americabinets never finished the job or repaired the job he screwed up. One of his installers offered to fix the job but Ronnie would not allow him to repair the mess that he had made. Finally, his installer went down in the evenings and weekend and did fix the mess. It cost me 3000.00 for two new slabs of granite that Ronnies crew messed up but Frank came down and did fix it. The building had a couple of issues still and Frank came down and took care of them. The buildiing signed off on the job and I paid Frank immediately and willingly. Noone forced me to do anything, when the job was completed Frank got everything I owed him. Additionally, for Frank doing the right thing despite Ronnie of Americabuinets refusing to do so I didn't back charge for the 2 slabs he messed up. Just proves that Ronnie from Americabinets is not only an unreputable business owner but he is a lier. To add insult to injury he went on my web site and had 3 of his buddies go on it and leave me bad reviews because he did a lousy job. You'd be better off installing your own countertops then using him. Or be smart and hire Frank away from Ronnie he a stand up guy and fixed the fountain and left with his money. See the difference!

the woman who designs the kitchens horrible of rude and brusque. she wants to decide ppr one and everything what one says that she likes she says that she is ugly and ancient.by the attention I decided not to do business with them.

I shopped around a lot and they def had a grate price and went above and beyond to make sure my counters were the exact product and look I wanted. Will definitely be using again!
